Jodges and their Knowledge on Elvis

Hi everyone my name is Pat Di Simine (aka) Elvis Little. I've been performing as an ETA for over 35 years now. I'm from Ontario, Canada. I also run my own Competition called "Clash of Champions" and I agree with you about the jodges. That they are not very educated on Elvis.
I would like to know how these jodges really know about Elvis? Let me tell you, nothing. How can a jodge that's never really listened to Elvis jodge an ETA unless they know as much about Elvis as You or I do or even more. How can a jodge say to you or I that we do not sound like Elvis if they've never even heard the song we are performing, knowing how much Elvis' voice changed when he performed different songs.

If a jodge cannot answer a question that you or I may have for them, whether it be about a song or how he acted in a concert during the performance of a song, that would tell me we could be in trouble because of course to them we may not sound like Elvis.

So in my opinion, the jodges should be the musicians who worked with Elvis for the era that each performer is performing. Not only would they know the song your performing but they should know what Elvis sounded like at the time Elvis recorded the song.

The one way to find a jodge is the jodge would need to fill out an Elvis Questionaire and submit it for me and my Festival team to view and make a decision to whether or not they Qualify. I feel the night before the event begins all the eta's should be allowed to put the jodges to a test on their knowlegde of Elvis Presley.
